Rich Santos | Managing Partner
Rich Santos is a retired Naval Officer who founded a successful single-family real estate company specializing in foreclosures and helping distressed homeowners in tough situations. He has partnered with several large multifamily operators and helps investors achieve double-digit tax-efficient returns backed by multifamily real estate. Rich holds an Economics degree and an MBA. He is an active futures trader and 4-time state championship football coach. Rich is passionate about educating investors and helping them thrive in today's complex investing landscape.
Maryann Santos | Managing Partner
Maryann Santos is an accomplished professional who holds a Communications Degree and a Master’s Degree in Business. In addition to raising seven great kids, she is a partner in a successful real estate business that focuses on helping distressed homeowners. An entrepreneur at heart, Maryann holds two patents and has won awards for product innovation. Maryann is an active youth group leader and she loves animals, especially dogs.
